Samurai AI Operation Check

Let’s verify that SamuraiAI works correctly in your environment. Follow the steps below.

If an error occurs

If you encounter an error during the process, please take a screenshot of the error and contact your account representative or reach out via the service website.

What this check covers

1. Browser automation: SamuraiAI’s browser launches and opens the Kiva Inc. website. It reads company information (company name, address, postal code, phone number) from the bottom of the page.
2. Connector integration: The retrieved information is written to a Google Spreadsheet (or Excel) file named “Samurai AI動作チェック”.

1. Connector Setup

For Google Workspace users

1. Select the “Connector” tab at the top. Scroll down and select “Google Spreadsheet”.

   

2. Click “Install” on the right.

   

3. Go back to the top of the page and select “Google Spreadsheet” from the installed connectors.

   

4. Click “Authorize” on the right.

   

5. Click “Approve” on the page that opens.

   

For Microsoft 365 users

Select “Excel for the web” and follow the same authorization steps as for Google Workspace above.

Note

Authorization may not be reflected immediately due to connection issues. If this happens, please try again a few times.

2. Add Template

1. Select the “Template” tab at the top.
2. Hover over “Samurai AI動作チェック”.
3. Click “Add” that appears in the upper right.

3. Run Workflow

1. After clicking the add button, you will be taken to the workflow editor.
2. Click “Debug” in the upper right of the page.
3. Click “実行してください” at the bottom right.

For Excel users

1. Click the external connector node.

2. Click “Add Tool” from the right panel.

3. Find and add “Excel for the web”.

4. Completion Check

Once the workflow runs successfully, the following actions are performed automatically. Please verify all items.

• SamuraiAI’s browser launched and the Kiva website was displayed
• A “Samurai AI動作チェック” file was created in Google Spreadsheet (or Excel) with the company information written in it

Environment Check Complete

If both items above are confirmed, the environment check is complete. Thank you for your cooperation.
